A widget is a connected block, not a separate application dashboard. Add one to your Dashboard, an eligible addon surface or the sidebar, then configure it close to where you use it.
Add and configure a widget
- Open Addons and Widgets, then choose Widgets.
- Find a widget available to your workspace and open Preview & configure.
- Adjust its available options in the compact overlay.
- Choose Add to dashboard or Pin to sidebar where supported.
The Dashboard also has Add widget controls. Addon-specific canvases show widgets registered for that addon. If a widget is missing, check its package installation and workspace enablement first.
Arrange your space
Use layout editing to reorder and resize blocks. Width choices include full, half and third; automatic height lets content determine the size. Keyboard controls provide alternatives to dragging. Escape cancels an active gesture.
Templates provide a starting arrangement. Applying a template is an explicit layout change. Viewer roles can inspect the dashboard but do not receive editing, resizing or template controls.
Widget packages
| Widget | What you can configure or use |
|---|---|
| Achievements | Add and edit personal milestones through compact controls. |
| Code Time | Coding totals and a 7-, 30- or 90-day chart window; requires an authenticated editor integration. |
| Flashcards | Select a deck, study cards and manage decks in an overlay. Viewer permissions restrict reviews and edits. |
| Pomodoro | Focus sessions, breaks and timer preferences. |
| Idea Box | Quick idea capture and later organization. |
Connected views
Core views include Workspace pulse, Action agenda, Project focus, Quick links, Calendar and Upcoming events. Weather uses a selected city and available weather integration. Habit and market widgets depend on the features configured on your host.
Wallet adds Assets balance. Gym adds Training pulse and Training plan. Tech Lab adds Services, Health and Device views. The optional uRPG experience has character, vitals and progression widgets; it is currently included in the main client rather than independently downloadable.
Linked databases use their canvas picker to select the original database. Widget settings hold presentation choices, not duplicate task or project data.
Sidebar widgets
The Sidebar section in Addons and Widgets exposes compact placement controls. Sidebar preferences are scoped to your account, workspace and device. Hiding a widget does not delete its underlying data, and showing it never grants access your role does not have.
